PRIVACY POLICY

Our KIDS say: "We do business 'the old fashioned way' ". We do NOT "Share" your personal information with anyone. Unfortunately, the new way of doing business, appears to mean that whether you like it or you don't, when you do business with a website, they will "share" your PRIVATE information with any damn body they please. "Sharing" your personal information, means they are getting PAID to spill their guts about things that protect your secrecy., things like your street address, phone number, email address, date of birth, social security number, credit card numbers, checking account information, etc.....things you never intended to share with just anyone.

You gave us a "special trust" by doing business with US, and we do NOT "share" (meaning sell for money profit to US) OR "give" away your secrets. Our digital "Fort Kaffenberger" is our Castle, and our policy is that our Guests, Friends, Neighbors, and Family, should be secure when inside our Castle. This is the policy of "The KID GentleMan Knights" and "Kid Lady Knights" (in equal position beside them) sitting at our "Roundtable", having "communion".

Your personal information will NEVER be sold or given away. IF we have some future "3rd party business partners", rather than sell/give them your "personal information" and then having you (our valuable customer) being harassed by them "spamming" your emails, or bugging you by "telemarketing" phone calls at all hours; We will simply do this, we will provide YOU a "Links" page on our website, that will tell you something about each of our future "3rd party business partners", and allowing YOU to contact THEM, if that is your will to do so.

WHY DO WE USE "PayPal" TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER PAYMENTS?

We started this website, our TOYS Manufacturing, and our "KIDSAmount To A Lot Studio Productions" DVD Videos, from a "SOHO" (a small office home office), and later got "incorporated" and grew up, and still growing.  We did not feel that (at the SOHO) we could offer you sufficient security for your "financial information" (credit card numbers, expiration date, etc., checking account numbers). We do have a "3rd party business partner" that DOES have quite adequate "physical security" (and a well established, worldwide known, good "financials" reputation) to handle your "financial information"; they are "PayPal". We have done business with them for YEARS, as a customer, buying and selling over the Internet, and have had ZERO complaints about them, and the way they did with US and our suppliers and customers. That is PERFECT, and we like stuff that is PERFECT...why not now provide YOU with what is PERFECT? When we process your orders through PayPal (as we do), upon finalization of your transaction being submitted successfully AND "securely", PayPal sends us a secure email confirming your payment for your TOYS and/or Videos. PayPal tells US that you made payment, that it has been verified, and sends US your full name, Shipping Address, City, State, Zipcode, Country, Phone number, Email address, and tells US what items you ordered, and how many of each item. Of course, this is the information that we MUST HAVE to communicate with you regarding your Order, and to deliver the goods that you ordered.  This is on a "need to know" basis. We can NOT do our jobs for you without this information. However, we can do OUR end of the job, Manufacturing, and Order delivery, without risking your "financial information"; and we can NOT "risk" your "financial information" IF we never even possess or receive it. Make sense? It made sense to US also. That is why we plugged in "PayPal", to act as our "Credit Card Merchant Bank". They already have something like 50,000,000 customers Worldwide. We believe that fact, plus our own personal experience with them, lend YOU, our valued customer, a massive "margin of safety" in doing business with US. And the KIDS like you having those massive margins of safety in doing business with US.

Using PayPal, you can pay US by MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover (credit cards OR prepaid "debit cards"), or by your "Checking Account".

This is just our personal opinion, arrived at following 35 years working with Computers (started U.S. ARMY "Automatic Data Processing" in 1971),  11 years since we built our first general public Dot.Com and Dot.Net, and many years happily with "PayPal" as our payment provider, to both send and receive financial payments.
