Current Research & Development Project # 1:

Rifle Rack for 5 each U.S. "Garand M1 Rifles" (with "Locking Bar") |

U.S. Paratrooper "Officer Of The Guard" is checking out the new "M1 Garand" Rifle Rack. |

LOCKED storage (as required by U.S. Military regulations) for FIVE "Garand M1" .30-06 U.S. military service Rifles. |

Note the "welding" on of brace bars to protect weapon's "rear adjustable peep sight" (adjusts for "windage" and for "elevation"), and another brace bar to protect the weapon's "front blade sight". |

Lieutenant FOSTER has begun sliding the "Locking Bar" into crossblock position. This bar may be inserted from left or right side of the Rack. |

Lieutenant RICKY FOSTER has pushed the "Weapons Locking Bar" all the way into locking position. Our ORDNANCE Corps work crew, will soon install miniature padlock "hasps" on each end of the Locking Bar. Miniature working padlocks (individually keyed) will secure each end of the "Weapons Rack". Soon the "wood" coloration will be sanded and polished off... resulting in a nice "olive drab" painted metal finish appearance. "Scuttlebutt" says that these M1 Garand "Weapons Racks" will soon be marketed (available to you), $10.00 each (without hasps & padlocks) or approximately $15.00 each (with 2 hasps and individually keyed miniature padlocks). Weapons Racks (for correct locked storage of weapons in your "Arms Room") are currently being developed for these Weapons: M1 Thompson Submachine gun (5 SMGs per Rack) M3 Greasegun Submachinegun (5 SMGs per Rack) M1918 BAR (5 Rifles per Rack) M1903 Springfield Rifle (5 Rifles per Rack) M1919A6 Browning Machinegun (5 MGs per Rack) M1/M2/M3 Carbine (5 Carbines per Rack) Winchester M1897 Pump Shotgun, with bayonet Lug (5 Shotguns per rack) .45 ACP U.S. M1911 Pistol (10 Pistols per Rack) M9 ("Bazooka") Rocket Launcher (3 Launchers per Rack) 60mm Mortar (1 Mortar per Rack) M1 Flamethrower (1 Flamethrower per Rack) Bayonets (10 Bayonets per level of Rack) Protective Masks (10 masks per level of Rack). Radio Racks The Tools should ease the work of Supply Sergeants, Supply Officers, 1st Sergeants, and Commanding Officers.

That new Private did a great job painting this! |

Locking Bar has been removed. |

This is the U.S. "Garand" M-1 military service Rifle, caliber .30-06, 8 round capacity per ejecting "stripper clip". 5 of these Rifles can be stored securely in our Rifle Rack. |

Lieutenant FOSTER is looking into the "breech" of the weapon, to inspect it for cleanliness. NEVER look into the exit end of the "barrel" to inspect for cleanliness! |

LT. FOSTER slides the "Locking Bar" back into the closed position. |

I like this new Rifle Rack! |

2LT FOSTER to his Boss : "Sir, the new shipment of "Garand M1" Rifles began arriving today." |

1st LT ALBERT ROSS : "Lieutenant FOSTER, It looks like you have done an outstanding job as the "Project Officer" on this mission!" |

1st LT ROSS : " I'm wondering how soon these Rifles and Racks can be up and ready for beginning of our elite forces 'Basic Training' ? " |

"Sir, I'll get back to you on this project, as soon as my Platoon has all of the new Rifles cleaned and stacked into the new Rifle Racks". |

"Platoon, let's get all of those Rifles turned in, once you have them cleaned. The 'Platoon Sergeant' or I will inspect them for you, as you turn them in." |

5 brand spanking new "U.S. Garand M1 .30-06 service Rifles" |
Research & Development Project # 2:
Folding U.S. Military "Field Table |

LT (Lieutenant) FOSTER checks out the standing and working height of the new "U.S. Military Folding Field Table". |

Folds down like this, spaced so the legs down NOT crash into each other when being collapsed. |

My Soldiers will have a much easier time breaking these tables down and loading them onto our Tracks. Probably 5-10 on these Tables could easily be stowed on my Trucks that would normally be taken up by ONE standard Table! And a LOT less chance of breaking "table legs"! |

Underbrace flat bars bring the middle of the collapsed legs up to a uniform height. Olive Drab fabric strap passes beneath, and will be measured and cut in length to keep secured legs from banging around. |

Couplers will allow you to open and close the straps that secure the folding legs. |

"L Braces" that legs are attached to, will pivot 90 degrees to vertical. You can make these yourself, OR pay US $30.00 to build one for you, including Olive Drab" coloration AND large "U.S." stencil/decal on TOP, center of writing surface. JUST LIKE the full size ones! |
Research & Development Project # 3:
U.S. Military MEDICAL CORPS Wool Hospital Blankets |

" MEDIC! Over HERE! " |

"Doc PETERSON" comes running fast! |

Doc uses his booted foot to push down, and latch the first "Litter Brace Bar" into open litter position. |

Doc uses his booted foot to push down and latch the second "Litter Brace Bar" into open litter position. |

Movie Director to "Kids Amount Studio Productions, Inc." camera crew : " Can I please have a close up of this? " |

2LT FOSTER : "Doc, I'm starting to get the chills." |

They forgot to pack some olive drab U.S. ARMY Medical Corps wool blankets in my kit today. Guess that I'll have to use this new "Hospital Bed Blanket" that I found in here! |

Something more modern, perhaps? |

" Looks like 2LT FOSTER is ready to transport to the U.S. 21st M.A.S.H. Hospital! " ("Hospital Beds" are being built also!) |
Research & Development Project # 4:
U.S. Military Forces BLEACHERS |

LT. RICKY FOSTER : "Teaching "Basic Combat Training" and other classes here at the U.S. 21st Special Forces Group will be much easier now with these new BLEACHERS." |

We can put a set of these BLEACHERS on each side of our "Parade Reviewing Stand", and we will have room to seat parents of the Action Figures, when they graduate from "Basic Combat Training"! These are a great improvement for FORT KAFFENBERGER! CLICK HERE to see these BLEACHERS in use, with our Parachutists School! |
Research & Development Project # 5:

Duplicates the actual design of VICKERS ammo crates of that time period! (Will be stained to the authentic wood box colors, and stencil decalled with the correct color type!) |

Note that our Crate lid is made in the authentic method! (Future photos will show this with TWO John Coleman Ammo cans in place!) |

"Stacking Bars" authentically placed on Crate Lid and on Crate Bottom! |

"Stacking Bars" correctly calculated in placement, so that a stack of Ammunition Crates, should not slip off one another, even when loaded on moving vehicles! |

Our new VICKERS MG ammunition crate, backs up one of our new "DID Metal Hand Grenades Special Version" Ammunition Crates! |

"Hi! I am Roger, the British S.A.S. (Special Air Service) Liason Officer, attached here, to the U.S. 21st Special Forces Group." |

"As 'project officer' in charge of the 'Vickers Medium Machinegun Ammunition Crates' project, I wanted to reveal to you, the next phase in development of our product!" |

"Of course, the FLAT 'chocolate brown' wood stain (inside and out), will feature bright yellow alphanumeric text data, in the stencil decalling! Just as in the full size Vickers Crates!" CLICK HERE to see the VICKERS Machinegun Ammunition Crates, in action with the VICKERS Machinegun!
