HOW OUR TOYS ARE MADE
|
Although we have been permitted access to the U.S. Federal Reservation at FORT KAFFENBERGER, we are now approaching an interior physical security gate that controls ingress & egress from "Jercinovic Arsenal" where our TOYS are made; we must again pass Security Inspection, and receive authorization to enter the Kids' TOYS manufacturing area (Note: USA Kids are kind enough to share TOYS with Collectors). Security in this area is very high, as we are TOYS "Made In The USA", and we forbid the entrance to our Manufacturing Area of "HAZMAT" including "Lead Based Paint" and "Cadmium". We use only "Testor's MODEL MASTER Paints & Clear Coatings", which are certified non-toxic (NOT poisonous). |

As one can readily see, security of our supplies of "Made In The USA" TOYS is of paramount importance to our TOYS Manufacturing Commanders. Only experienced Combat Veterans are permitted to serve on the elite forces guarding our Nation's TOYS supply! |

MP: "Good Morning, Colonel Bank!" (The "Green Beret" Officer) "Just doing my routine 'challenge' of every vehicle or person entering our 'Security Area'!" |

Having checked each vehicle occupant's official "ID Card", and having checked the Jeep to make certain that no "Lead Based Paint" OR "Cadmium" is being brought into our Security Area, our MP (knowing that Colonel AARON BANK and his personal driver are on the list of persons authorized full access to TOYS COMMAND) has waved the Jeep into the compound. |

Our "MP" (Corporal LOU) makes certain that no one and nothing follows Colonel Bank in....(unless authorized)! |

Corporal LOU uses his "Field Telephone" to call ahead and let the "Jercinovic Arsenal" staff know that Colonel Bank is on his way in for today. |

Corporal LOU opens an ammunition pouch, and takes out a fresh 30 round Magazine for his "U.S. M1 Thompson Submachinegun". |

Our "Jercinovic Arsenal" is having a Television News Crew touring our production area today! Our U.S. 21st Special Forces Group "PIO" (Public Information Officer....she's in a brown dress uniform) is escorting them. |

Another Pallet of Ammunition Crates are being manufactured. |

This skilled laborer will nail "side brace bars" onto the empty Ammunition Crate. |

Once he has the "side brace bars" attached, he will shove the Ammunition Crate to the next skilled worker! |

The next worker will nail on "End Brace Bars" including attachment of "Rope Handles"! |

The worker will then shove it down to the "Line Supervisor" for "Quality Control Inspection" before "Stencil" content labels are attached. |

Having verified the accuracy of internal measurements (physical size grouping) are correct for the batch of Ammunition Crates being produced in this run, the "Line Supervisor" places the crate within easy reach of the Stencil Painter. |

PULITZER PRIZE winning U.S. "WAR CORRESPONDENT" ERNIE PYLE is the Journalist heading up our Television News Crew! Pyle was born in Indiana, USA. (Ernie Pyle served as a news reporter in combat with the United States ARMY during WW2, and wrote the book "The Story Of G.I. JOE" before he was killed in action, serving alongside the American Soldiers he had learned to love and respect. A "DVD Movie" is available of the Ernie Pyle Book, and the DVD Movie is also called "The Story Of G.I. JOE". |

It appears that this "production run" is a batch of "U.S. 60mm Mortar HE shells, 10 shells per Crate"! |

"Line Supervisor" Big Jim picks up another full Crate of our next product for today's "production run". Notice that Big Jim is bending his knees, so that his legs do the work of lifting the Crate. This helps prevent "back injury" to our Action Figures! |

Box Carpenter prepares his supply of Nails, gets his "Protective Goggles" on, and takes up his "Finish Hammer" ( a smoothface hammer). |

Big Jim will "production sand" each Crate at this Workstation, to remove splinters, etc. |

The "Line Supervisor" takes the nailed Crate, and moves it further down the assembly line. The first worker gets another sanded Crate to work on! |
