CIVILIAN ASSISTANCE (called "IDAD")
Internal Defense And Development

"Internal Defense and Development" forces, are those types of units (both military & civilian) that are designed to "develop" (build up) a Nation, and then "to protect and to defend" what the population has built (with their hopefully good planning, work, and tax dollars); as the Nation had a starting value, and now has an even higher worth to the indigenous peoples of the Nation. "Indigenous" means the people actually living, schooling, working there, planning to remain as longterm residents.....rather than "insurgent invaders" who are just "passing through", trying to get your $$$, to sell dope to your Kids, to steal the things you and your Family have worked for (perhaps for generations), make everyone sick with AIDS (or numerous other diseases) etc.; but "insurgent invaders" are not really caring about the longterm outcome of their actions.
Therefor, "IDAD Forces" would be designed and trained, to protect the people from an inflow of various factors that are predictably dangerous to the health, safety, sanity, marriages, possessions, lives, financials, industry, and futures, of the desirable "Indigenous" Population. Make NOTE: The Children of America must again begin to heavily make effective use of our "system of checks and balances", to make certain that plausibly GOOD protectors and defenders (including civilian officials) have NOT been bribed and subverted, coming to act against the general welfare of the indigenous population...in essence and in reality, having perhaps become "traitors and collaborators", aiding the enemies rather than "We The People...".
In the 30,000 year history of humanity, enemies have ALWAYS used Infiltration, Subterfuge, Undermining, Treachery, Backstabbing, lying, deception, drug poisonings, smuggling in of deadly diseases (just like "A.I.D.S." that the Syrians intentionally brought into the USA), to destroy an "Indigenous Population", murder the people, and steal their entire NATION from them....this is often called a "Coup d' Etat".
You won't know that there are deadly SNAKES around, until you start flipping a few rocks over to inspect!!! And when you find them, spank them VERY HARD !!! |

The "United States Coast Guard" is an excellent example of a valuable and dedicated "I.D.A.D. Force". It has the Federal duty and authority, to guard the ocean and other waters within 200 miles of the Coastline of the 50 States of "The United States Of America". Further, the U.S. Coast Guard is very helpful in water based activities within the 50 States, such as "Water Vehicle Instruction" and "Inspection of Water Vehicles and Safety Gear" in fresh water Lakes, and in "The Great Lakes". Civilian Boating enthusiasts may receive free instruction on safe operation of water vessels, in classes conducted by "The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary". Obviously, a well staffed, well trained, well supplied, and loyal "U.S. Coast Guard" can be, and is, very effective, in reppelling the invasion with hard dope, that is streaming into our Nation. Missions designed to disrupt the flow of "poisons in/ dollars out", are a type of "Interdiction Operations". |

A small unknown ship closing in toward United States waters, is being "boarded and inspected for contraband" by a U.S. Coast Guard Search Party, deployed by "Lifeboat" from their U.S. Coast Guard "Cutter" a ship similar in size and purpose to a "U.S., Navy Destroyer". Onboard the main "Cutter", the crew provides overwatch protection for our young people "Citizen Soldiers" who are conducting the inspection of the unknown boat. The idea is to effectively protect the young children, Families, and working population from the poisons of "hard dope". |

A "Mark 2 SurvivAir" unit. Just like a SCUBA, it provides FireFighters with approximately 60 minutes of clean air. The tanks are refillable. The air inside gets used up faster, if the FireFighter is working hard.....about 4 times faster! A "Scott AirPack" is a similar FireFighter air unit. Fire Trucks carry spare bottles of compressed air for these units, to swap out with empty ones, when Fire Fighting is intense. Some Fire Trucks carry a medically safe "air compressor" onboard, used ONLY to refill the swapped out empty breathing air cylinders. |

This "Circular Saw" has Diamond tipped blades, that rapidly cut through just about anything, when needed to rescue victims stranded in unsafe positions......burning cars, burning buildings, etc.! |

A "Thermal Imager"...similar to a policeman's "Radar unit" (that tells him the speed that your car is going)... the Thermal Imager helps the Fireman locate living creatures trapped behind smoke and fire....Boys, Girls, Puppies, Kittens, etc. Once he spots the stranded victims, he and the friends on his crew, will work against the smoke and fire, so they can rescue all living creatures. |

A "Chain saw" (like this one here) helps Firemen rapidly move obstacles out of their way, so they and the Firewomen can rescue living beings rapidly, and extinguish fires as quickly as possible, saving lives, and property. "Chainsaw" operators have to have special training how to use the chainsaw. It is a very valuable tool, but the chainsaw can be very dangerous to use, if one is not properly trained beforehand. |

A "Stokes Litter" (a protective metal basket, to carry an injured person to safety and medical care).... in collapsed down length, to aid moving it to the rescue site. |

"Lift Eyes" have been attached on all 4 corners, in preparation for a "horizontal lift" of our patient into the Helicopter above. The Rescue Helicopter uses its special onboard crane (called a "jungle penetrator") to winch our patient upward to safety. Usually, the helicopter's "combat medic" operates the jungle penetrator. If the medic has gone down the crane's "lift cable", to medically aid his patient, then the helicopter's "crew chief" is second in command of the crane, and lifts the medic and the patient up to safety. Lifted as hooked up here, our patient will be pretty flat, with head not much above, or below, his body and feet. |
