Yoo-Sin is the first of three hyungs (patterns) required for advancement from 3rd Degree Black Belt to 4th Degree Black Belt in the International TaeKwon-Do Association. You "Yell" (YAH) on the first and last movement of Yoo-Sin.

  Instructor: How many movements?
  Student: 68.
  Instructor: What is Yoo-Sin?
  Student: The hyung named after General Kim Yoo Sin, commanding general during the Silla Dynasty, who unified the three Kingdoms of Korea in 668 A.D. The 68 movements refer to the last two numbers of the year Korea was united.
